The Blend:
The name descriptor “Spectrum” reflects the range of notes extracted from this oceanic gem (macerations, tinctures, and absolutes) as well as the complex aromatics surrounding it. It's animalic, flora, earthy, spicy, & powdery.
This is the base for all Ambergris [Qualifier] blends—making every perfume or attar just work with the other if you’re into layering blends. Think of them as modules that can stand alone or be used to create an extensible aromatic profiles in their own right (a few of my Software Engineering and DevOps braincells wanted a plug).
The blend consists of white, brown, gray, and black ambergris tinctures (13% to 40%), in addition to macerations, and absolutes. Hence, the "spectrum" moniker. In addition, you'll Rosa Damascena petal tincture, Bulgarian rose, Bourbon rose, Taifi rose, florals, aromatics, patchouli, vetiver, various woods, stone fruits, berry fruits, blossoms, and spices.
